The daily operating hours of the game booth start from 11am to 9pm. Each game ticket can be used in the designated game booth once. Each participation is granted 3 game attempts, with the chance to win the grand prizes.

- For spending by electronic payment (credit card/EPS/Octopus/mobile payment) at any merchants at WINDSOR with a maximum of 2 same-day machine-printed receipts from different merchants (each amount must be over HK$100), together with the corresponding electronic payment slip(s).

- Customers must download the WINDSOR APP and register as a member and present their mobile membership card to the customer service centre staff for verification.
